Hi Paul,
Really quick question, why isn't Dot and Screed method used to float walls? I've been reading that this is the most effective way as opposed to a straight edge over two screeds.
Curiosity as I've seen it mentioned in course work. Assume its an experience thing

It is a good method and can work well as it is very thorough, so if you're familiar with it then use it. Then as you gain experience you can use a combination of different methods.
