Re-Skimming Plasterboard again!!

Hi I have just skimmed over plasterboards and now have pockets of air in the skimmed surface. It seems as if the paper has come away from plasterboard and unfortunately the skim surface has now set. Is there anyway to remove the skim surface I have applied in order for me to do it again.

Thanks for your help in advance!!!

Answer
Sorry for delay!
You don't need to remove it - just apply PVA and re-skim. Firstly pop the blisters or remove any loose plaster or paper and apply PVA liberally to the resulting surface. If you have any concerns then use scrim tape to patch the area and all should be fine.
If the first coat of PVA dries quickly then apply another until the suction is controled - https://www.diyplastering.co.uk/prepare.html
