I have always avoided plastering because my attempts always ended with disappointing results. However, I had a relatively small job to do covering over artex on one wall in a small cloakroom although it did have the window in it! After coming across your site and watching the skimming videos it gave me the confidence to have a go and I am really pleased with the results.
I think the videos are excellent in terms of what they cover and the explanation provided. I am certainly more confident to try more now.
