2. All Video, DVD and Online Guide are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. Return the DVD within 30 days to receive a full refund. Video and Online Guide refund requests must be received by email or through the Contact Page within 30 days.
3. The password for Video viewing and Online Guide will change periodically. There will be a form on the relevant page to request the new password using your email address or you can use the Contact Page
