Internal corner preparation for previously plastered walls

Hello Paul, very quick one... About to skim a room that has previously been plastered and painted, do you still use tape/scrim for the internal corners? I'm intending to use skim beads for the externals, but just wondered if the internals should have any reinforcement?

Answer
Hi Mark,
No you shouldn't need to use scrim - the only reason would be if there is cracking, but if there are no cracks and no holes you'll be fine.

Good luck
Paul
