What are the practical consequences of using old finish plaster
Answer
It may set very quickly - even as it's being mixed, or could be lumpy. If it's been stored in a dry environment or in a plastic bag it stands a better chance of being usable. If you want to check it then just mix a small amount first - but if in doubt don't risk it.
