Hi This is probably an easy one to solve for professional plasterers.
While skimming I completed only a single coat on one third of the wall. I was called out to an emergency and came back to find the first coat dry.
Do I carry on with coat one to complete the wall and then add the second coat as normal. If so will I need to PVA the dried section of the wall?

Yes exactly as you describe, start from scratch after applying PVA.
