Hi
What type of sand should be used for the backing coat? I'm plastering an internal bathroom wall constructed from Celcon aerated concrete blocks.

Hi Jon
Soft sand is the easiest to use however the coarsest soft may help to prevent cracks. These blocks are soft so make sure your mix is not too strong.
