Coming By Train?

The day before your course - let us know what time your train is due in and we'll pick you up.

The start
We'll establish what you need to learn. It may be everything, however you may wish to just concentrate on one particular aspect to ensure you get as much tuition and practice time in your preferred skill as possible.



Throughout the day
The day is relatively informal and with 1:1 instruction it's surprising just how much we can get through. You're encouraged to ask questions but if you have a particular project in mind, then it's useful to bring pictures to enable more specific advice to be given.



What you need to bring
All tools are provided, however if you have a trowel already then it can be a good idea to bring it, so that you are comfortable with using it and to check its suitability. A range of plastering tools are available to buy.

You are likely to get covered in plaster! So please bring suitable clothes and footwear.

Snacks and refreshments are provided but please bring your lunch or there is a village shop 1 minute walk away.

100% Practical

The course is entirely practical - plastering walls / ceilings and patches under instruction

Finish time
Normally between 3:00 & 4:30 pm depending your work rate and what you need to learn.

Support
After the course you are not abandoned! There is the Help section or you can contact us. It is expected that you may need some help either due to forgetting something or coming across a situation you had not envisaged.


Booking your course
Once you've booked your plastering course, booking confirmation / information will be emailed to you. The directions will also be included.



Payment
If you made payment in full then that's fine and all you need to do is turn up. If you paid a deposit then you can either pay the balance on the day or pay the balance here.
